Service of Remembrance - Fowell Family

The extended Fowell family will gather for a Service of Remembrance for Judy and Peter Cadou.  Judy was the daughter of Rev and Mrs. Myron Fowell who built and resided in Kendra and Luke Henderson’s cottage next door to Eric and Ginny’s home.  Judy's brother Elvin Fowell sold the Henderson’s the lot in between the two.   

Rev. Eric Henderson will preside, and Ginny Henderson will play the organ.   Matt Taylor, a music major in opera performance, who attends Family Camp is working with the Clegg Family to fulfill their request of opera selections for the Memorial Service.  All are welcome.

Rev. Myron W. Fowell was the secretary of the Massachusetts Conference, an early Craigville cottage owner and a long-time director of the CCMA. He was a key factor in the UCC conference coming to Craigville. Elvin (Al) Fowell was his son, a noted botanist and died in 2019. Kate Clegg, Myron's granddaughter and Elvin's niece, is helping with the nature trail project in memory of her parents and grandparents.
