1945

Craigville Kids Program in the Tabernacle on August 18, 1945.

The war was still on and wouldn’t fully end until September 2 of that same year. Craigville’s own Alan Shoemaker and Debbie Almy’s sister, Constance - are among the talented “Craigville Kids” assembled here! There is a mention of a silver drive where the village community could donate silver to raise funds for the Great Atlantic Hurricane of September, 1944 - that had ravaged Craigville one year earlier!
